“One house, one vineyard, our terroir”.
The Bellevue vineyard is a family business (bought in 2014) located above Mont s/Rolle in the middle of the Vaudois wine region “La Côte”. The vineyard is located on the slopes of Lake Geneva. From there you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Alps.
The house and outbuildings are surrounded by 7 hectares of vines, facing south and benefiting from plenty of sunshine. The different grape varieties produce excellent white, rosé and red wines : Chasselas is the main grape variety. But we also have Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Noir, Gamaret, Garanoir, Divico and Mara.

The Auberge du Morez at 1188m is accessible from Vaulion and offers brasserie and regional cuisine with fresh products. We are two farming families united under the name “Domaines Chevalley & Pittet”: Le Domaine Chevalley, my father’s farm in Penthéréaz and Le Domaine Pittet, my husband’s farm in Vuarrens.
Our small farm also has chickens, pigs, quail and a large vegetable garden. Since 2020, we are proud to be a producer of cucumbers and cornichons for the HUGO brand. This assortment of the company Hugo Reitzel offers 100% Swiss products.

Our organic farm is located in the middle of the wooded pastures of the Franches-Montagnes and offers a fantastic panorama of the Franches-Montagnes in summer.
We have mother cows, laying hens and Franches Montagnes horses. We run a small shop with organic products from our farm and the surrounding area.
