“Welcome to Barista & Farm”
The BARISTA & FARM is home to Ronnie and Anita and their three cats, Leya, Lilou and Lani. The five of us love our house and especially the garden.
We have found a place where we can shut down, relax and pursue our passions after an eventful day at work. An avid fragrant lover and trained barista, Ronnie loves to sit by the open fire and gaze at the starry sky. This at home and almost prefer on the road with the camper. Anita has been looking forward to the warmth all winter. Until that time comes, she enjoys having time to crochet. Together we like to take care of the various fruit trees and plants on the property, and manage the garden to make delicious things like confit or pesto with the yield.
But between the many plants, we also have enough space to relax. Be it in fine weather on the seating area in front of the barn or at the fireplace in the lawn or, when it’s raining and cold, in the covered garden house with fireplace. We are happy to share our beautiful places with you and spoil you at breakfast with fine coffee, cappuccino or latte macchiato from the barista.
From our home you can take beautiful walks along the forest and across meadows. The nearest town is Wil SG with an attractive shopping street, great cinema and varied restaurants.

“G’räuchti specialties uh guet”
We are a family farm and we specialize in rearing pullets. With 5ha of cherries, cider apple plants and large high trunks, we have built up various footholds. In our smokehouse we specialize in the refinement of chicken breast, trout and Lake Constance eels. The two types of fish and the chicken breast we always smoke fresh on the farm.

“One house, one vineyard, our terroir”.
The Bellevue vineyard is a family business (bought in 2014) located above Mont s/Rolle in the middle of the Vaudois wine region “La Côte”. The vineyard is located on the slopes of Lake Geneva. From there you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Alps.
The house and outbuildings are surrounded by 7 hectares of vines, facing south and benefiting from plenty of sunshine. The different grape varieties produce excellent white, rosé and red wines : Chasselas is the main grape variety. But we also have Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Noir, Gamaret, Garanoir, Divico and Mara.

“Welcome to the organic farm Ferme d’Evrasse”.
Our organic farm is located in the middle of the wooded pastures of the Franches-Montagnes and offers a fantastic panorama of the Franches-Montagnes in summer.
We have mother cows, laying hens and Franches Montagnes horses. We run a small shop with organic products from our farm and the surrounding area.
