In the Rumi, a tranquil patch of countryside between Sursee and Zofingen and one of the warmest and driest zones in the canton of Lucerne, lies the Bisang winery.

The wine is made in our own modern winery from regional grapes. Desire and intention is with experience, intuition and intuition to get the most charming out of the noble juice… Inès and Thomas Bisang-Heller produce here beautiful and natural wines.

“Welcome to the world of Naturoel Kressibucher”.

Our farm is located on the beautiful Thurgau Seerücken in Lanzenneunforn, in the municipality of Herdern. The view of the southern mountain range alone is worth an idyllic excursion.

We manufacture products that positively influence the well-being of our customers. In 1998 we started cold pressing of oilseeds. Positive feedback has allowed our range to grow steadily. In 2006 we implemented the idea to market the products directly from the farm and opened the farm store.

“Welcome to the Swiss Distillery Museum Ô Vergers d’Ajoie”.

The agrotourism site Ô Vergers d’Ajoie is located on the hills of Porrentruy in the middle of orchards. There is the largest damask plantation in Europe and numerous varieties of apples.

The products of the farm as well as the best regional products from the Jura and Bernese Jura are sold on site. In addition, you will find the largest selection of award-winning Swiss brandies in the Branntweinkeller. It shows the journey of a brandy, syrup or jam from the blossom of the orchards to the consumer’s palate.

We are a family farm and we specialize in rearing pullets. With 5ha of cherries, cider apple plants and large high trunks, we have built up various footholds. In our smokehouse we specialize in the refinement of chicken breast, trout and Lake Constance eels. The two types of fish and the chicken breast we always smoke fresh on the farm.

“Alpe Crüina”

The alp is located on the Nüfenen Pass, which connects the canton of Ticino with Valais. Our mountain herbs and flowers rich alpine pastures range from 1900 to 2400 meters. We have about 110 goats, about 50 suckler cows and calves, some Valais fighting cows (Heringer breed), 3 pigs and about 150 Valais sheep on pasture.

We spend the summer on the alpine pasture. You can buy our exquisite cheeses made from happy goat’s milk directly at the alpine dairy. Our offer is complemented by: various types of goat cheese, cottage cheese, jams, honey and eggs, as well as meat for the fall (pork, goat, prairie sheep, yak).
